How much is the minimum retail package order?
There is no minimum order quantity for all retail packages, however surcharges may apply to orders over $150 (excluding Freight and GST)
For custom printed Caretta Paper Bags, minimum order quantities start from 1,000 units.
For plastic bags and fabric bags minimum order quantities start from 3,000 units.
Do I need to create an account first to begin ordering products?
As you progress through the purchase process, you have an option to create an account before your transaction is processed. Creating an account with us will make re-ordering easy as your details are kept secure in your account, should you wish to do so.
Can I pick up my retail packaging goods from the warehouse myself?
Unfortunately due to strict OH&S regulations we cannot allow customers to pick up their packaging goods from our manufacturing facility. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or your dedicated Account Manager to see how your delivery is progressing.
Are my payment details secure with Gispac?
Since our online merchant account is hosted by NAB Secure Payments, your credit card details are stored in a secure and digitally encrypted vault that neither us, nor NAB, can access.
When will I get my paper bags, plastic bags or fabric bags?
Between Monday-Friday, all orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order. If you order over the weekend, then it will be shipped the next business day.
Retail packaging stock product lead times are 2-7 working days for most regions within Australia. Please note lead times will increase in peak periods, but we will try to deliver your paper bags, plastic bags or fabric bags as quickly as possible.
Can I get a sample of my products before I order?
Unfortunately we no longer provide one off samples of paper bags, plastic bags or fabric bags.
