There are significant
cost associated with the setup of the machines to run custom jobs and to be
able to offer competitive prices 5,000 bags are required as a minimum.
We
can print most colours, however as we are printing on brown kraft, lighter colours
may come out slightly darker due to the paper colour. We can review your
artwork and provide feedback on the selected colours.
The ink coverage is
estimated based on the size of your artwork as a percentage of the total
printable area of the bag. We can assist you with this calculation once we know
your artwork and your required bag size.
The
number of sides that is printed does not matter from a costing point of view.
Our costing is based on the print size as a percentage of the total printable
area.
Custom jobs attract a
printing plate charge. It is a one-off charge that is waived for repeat orders
if the artwork remains unchanged. We will need one plate per printed colour and
therefore the more colours in your artwork the higher the artwork cost. We will
be able to provide exact artwork cost once we have your bag requirements and
logo on hand.
We manufacture our
bags in Sydney, this allows us to offer short lead times. We generally say 4-6
weeks from artwork approval, however we will be able to reconfirm at the time of
quotation.
Due to the setup cost
involved with custom printed jobs we do not offer physical preproduction samples,
but detailed artwork files will be sent through for approval prior to production.

Between Monday-Friday, all orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order. If you order over the weekend, then it will be shipped the next business day.
Online order lead times are 2-7 working days for most regions within Australia. Please note lead times will increase in peak periods, but we will try to deliver your paper bags as quickly as possible.

We offer a low flat shipping rate of $35 Australia wide*. Remote locations may attract additional shipping costs, if this is applicable to you we will notify you prior to order shipment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you have received incorrect products or have simply changed your mind we will exchange and refund your purchase as long as it is in perfect condition and in a resalable condition.
